The award ceremony took place last night (18th May) at the Titanic Building Belfast. Each of the ten categories recognises outstanding achievement. In all the award categories the judges looked for evidence that a particular people management and development initiative or project contributed to organisational sustainability and success. They looked for real results as well as innovation and creativity that set standards of best practice.
