Lagan Specialist Contracting Group has been shortlisted for four CIPD NI Awards.
The four categories include:
- Best Employee Engagement Strategy
- HR Team of the Year
- Health and Wellbeing
- Most Effective Organisational Learning and Development Strategy
The CIPD NI Awards are the most prestigious and highly regarded awards for the HR profession in Northern Ireland, with more than 330 HR professionals in attendance last year.
Returning in 2017 for their fifth year the Awards are celebrating the contribution of HR and People Management in business. From Employee Engagement to Organisational Learning and Development the awards celebrate not only innovation and success, but the impact this has on the bottom line too.
The judging panel consists of top HR and Business professionals from a range of organisations across the UK and the judging criteria ensures only the best entries make the shortlist for 2017.
