Lagan Specialist Contracting Group have been named as a finalist in this year’s Investors in People Awards after being shortlisted in the ‘Excellence in Leadership and Management’ category for a company with over 250 employees.
The Awards, which received over 300 entries internationally, celebrate the best people management practices among Investors in People accredited businesses. The Investors in People accreditation helps businesses to get the best from their people by encouraging excellence and investment in support, training and career progression.
Lagan Specialist Contracting Group currently hold the Investors in People Gold Status, which recognises their commitment and ambition to developing their people.
The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony in London on Wednesday 29th June 2016.
