Lagan Specialist Contracting Group win award for Managing Talent at the 2015 Irish News Workplace and Employment Awards. The awards were held in the spectacular Titanic Belfast with BBC’s Karen Paterson and comedian Patrick Keilty acting as hosts for the glitzy evening.
In the category for Managing Talent in a large organisation category, the judges were looking for organisations that have demonstrated an innovative and effective approach to managing fresh and experienced talent from apprentice to boardroom level.
