Located on the site of a former builder’s yard and brickworks, the first phase of this high-quality residential scheme is currently under construction and due for completion in March 2020.
The site is located on the Ormeau Road, a busy arterial route in close proximity to Belfast City Centre.
Phase 1 provides 42 units in total comprising; 7 no. Townhouses, 3 no. 3 bedroom apartment, 29 no. 2 Bedroom apartments and 3 no. 1 bedroom apartments. The 42 units are arranged in 3 blocks around a central landscaped inner courtyard providing 24 parking spaces.
The buildings are constructed in traditional red clay brick as a nod to the areas heritage with reclaimed old ‘Belfast bricks’ being utilised in feature walls and pillars throughout the development.
The scheme in its entirety has been forward sold to Choice Housing Ireland Ltd. H&J Martin are the appointed contractor the deliver construction.
Phase 2 of the project is currently under design and a planning application is expected to be lodged imminently.
