Oil States UK Ltd have awarded Lagan Building Contractors the Heartlands Development Contract. The Heartlands development is on a 27 acre site on the North side of the B7066 within the Business Park Zone in Scotland.
The works will comprise of the following four buildings:
Fabrication/Machine Shop – 21,000m²
Office Building – Fully integrated CAT A office space – 3,400m²
Riser Building – 5,500m²
Gate House – 250m²
Specialist equipment will be required with associated internal and external cranes, water filled pits, high blast pressure test enclosures and facilities to deal with deliveries of large or long loads.
